I enjoyed my stay here, especially because the nearby New England Air Museum is just a short drive away and there are beautiful park views at Northwest Park just a few minutes away, making for perfect walking spots after a day of exploring. the staff were super helpful and friendly, which enhanced my overall experience on my solo trip.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved!!! Dusty surfaces, outdated furniture, and thin walls make for an uncomfortable experience!!! The bathroom door design is frustrating, and the pool is too cold for family use!!!

The evening manager arranged shuttle service for us after our car rental drop-off, making our travel smoother. The exercise room was well-equipped, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routine during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, offering a cozy sitting area which made it easy to relax after a long day. The separate shower and restroom design really helped us manage our time better in the mornings. The staff were welcoming and very attentive to our needs, especially Richard at the front desk who made us feel right at home.

You’ve gotta try the Pho 75 Vietnamese Restaurant just down the road for a cozy bowl of pho that packs a punch! The vibe at Bobby V’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is a slam dunk for a post-travel hangout. That sweetness really adds spice to the stay!

The pool hours were a bummer, especially with my kids wanting splashes after a long day! And those couch stains in the room? Yikes! It's like they need a reality check.
